Over the next month this camper is to have new cab doors, a rear corner, a rear wheel arch, new front wheel arches  and a lower half respray.

The corroded front panel was in desperate need of replacement, previous repairs had been poor quality and the only option was a new panel.

As we got more involved in the lower bodywork, more corroded panels were uncovered, new panels were required, after consulting the owner the panels were bought and welded in place, all the usual areas have now been replaced.

The next stage is to sand flat then mask ready for the primer.

Finally the Standox L63 H Taiga green paint is applied, the doors were painted separately  and  re-fitted carefully. We then swap the parts from the old doors to the freshly painted ones and replace the lamps etc.

A good coat of underseal and lots of Wax-oyle in the cavities and underneath are the final jobs before a coat of polish is applied.

Ready for collection.
